Terms & Conditions Offline & Sold Out – The Private 2-Line Business Podcast™

Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC 

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the enrolling participant (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) who is purchasing Offline & Sold Out – The Private 2-Line Business Podcast™ (“Program”).

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services

Upon enrolling in the Program, you will receive:

• Immediate access to the private audio podcast hosted on Kajabi.

• Lifetime access, defined as access for as long as this Program is actively offered by the Company.

• Automatic access to all new future episodes released while the Program remains active.

This is a self-study digital audio experience designed for educational and inspirational purposes.

There are no live sessions, no coaching, no community access, and no direct communication channels (email, Voxer, or DM) included.

2. Access Terms

Access begins immediately after purchase. Your Kajabi login credentials will provide entry to all available episodes and any future additions released during the active lifetime of the Program.

If the Program is ever discontinued, access will end at the Company’s sole discretion, with no ongoing obligation or extensions.

You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and securing your own access while the Program remains available.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. 

All payments are processed securely through Kajabi Payments or another approved payment processor.

By enrolling, you authorize Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC to charge your selected payment method for the full amount without requiring additional approval.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. 

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the content or delivery format

• Change of personal circumstances

• Failure to access or listen to the podcast

• Change of mind after purchase

Because you receive immediate access to digital materials, this policy is strictly enforced.

6. Intellectual Property

All podcast episodes, content descriptions, and related materials are the intellectual property of Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any podcast audio or transcripts

• Share access credentials or private links with non-purchasers

• Use Program content to create your own courses, frameworks, or derivative products

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action. 

7. Testimonials & Publicity

You grant the Company permission to use anonymous feedback, testimonials, or success messages for promotional purposes.

Your name, voice, or identifiable details will never be shared publicly without your written consent.

8. Disclaimer

This Program is for educational, spiritual, and inspirational purposes only. 

It does not constitute therapy, financial advice, or legal guidance.

Your results depend entirely on your personal energy, decisions, and actions.

No specific outcomes or financial results are guaranteed.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. This Agreement is binding and enforceable without physical signature.
