These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and participation in The Rich Woman’s 2-Line Sales Method™ (" event"), a live coaching experience hosted by Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Experience

The event is a group coaching event that may consist of one or two live 90-minute coaching sessions, delivered via Zoom.

Your purchase includes:

1. Access to the scheduled live session(s)

2. Opportunity to raise your hand and receive live coaching (optional and not guaranteed)

3. 90-day replay access, hosted securely via Kajabi, through your personal member account

No other materials, slides, deliverables, or replays outside this access window are included.

2. Coaching Format

Coaching is provided in a group setting. You may volunteer to be coached by raising your virtual hand live, which constitutes your agreement to be coached, recorded, and included in the session replay.

1. Cameras must be turned on to be eligible for live coaching

2. Coaching selection is intuitive and based on time, fit, and flow

3. Coaching is not guaranteed for any specific individual

Participation is voluntary, and no refunds are granted if you choose not to engage or are not selected for coaching.

3. Media Release & Use of Recordings

By raising your hand and participating in live coaching, you grant Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC the right to use your voice, question, and coaching exchange in future marketing or educational materials.

We will never show your face or name. Any identifying information will be removed before content is reused.

If you do not wish to be recorded or featured, simply do not raise your hand or volunteer to be coached.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All purchases for The Truth Table are final. Payment is due in full at the time of registration.

We do not offer refunds for:

1. Missed attendance (live or replay)

2. Dissatisfaction with the coaching content

3. Schedule conflicts or inability to engage

You are responsible for managing your access during the 90-day replay period.

5. Access Terms

1. You will receive replay access via Kajabi for 90 days from the time of the event

2. Screen recording, downloading, or sharing content from the Program is strictly prohibited

3. Access is for your individual use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared

4. We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated

6. Bonuses

Bonuses, including access to private Telegram channels or additional activations, may be offered at our discretion. These are not guaranteed or contractually included with your purchase unless explicitly stated at checkout.

7. Disclaimer

This coaching experience is intended for educational and energetic purposes only. It does not constitute therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or financial advising. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Results will vary based on individual factors. No specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed.

8. Agreement

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full. This Agreement is binding upon purchase, and no signature is required for enforcement.
