Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the Purchaser (“you,” “your”) will collectively be referred to as “Parties,” and each individually as a “Party.”
Payment Policy:
Recurring Payment Authorization:
We utilize Kajabi Payments to process all payments, including recurring payments. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon amount, either as a one-time payment or recurring subscription, depending on the product or service selected.
Cancellation Policy:
For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time via your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription.
Lifetime Access Policy (if applicable):
For offers that include “lifetime access,” this refers to access to the program and its content for as long as the program is actively offered by Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC. If the program is discontinued, lifetime access will no longer apply. Lifetime access does not include guaranteed future updates or additional content beyond what is initially offered.
Past Due Payments:
Payment Terms:
Payments are considered past due one (1) business day after the due date. If a payment fails, Kajabi Payments will attempt to collect the payment again after five (5) days.
Access Revocation:
If payments remain past due, your access to the purchased product or service will be immediately revoked. Re-enrollment may be subject to additional terms or restrictions, including the requirement to pay in full for access.
Refunds & Disputes:
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to lack of use, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the content. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to fulfill your payment obligation in full.
Chargebacks:
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will require repayment within five (5) business days. Such actions may result in permanent loss of access to our services and/or legal action.
Scope of Services:
Content & Intellectual Property:
All materials provided, including text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, and other proprietary content (“Content”), remain the sole property of Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC. Unauthorized use or redistribution of any Content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.
Program Adjustments:
We reserve the right to modify the structure, schedule, or content of any program or service to improve the user experience. These changes will not entitle you to a refund or subscription pause.
User Responsibility:
Your engagement and participation in the program or service are your responsibility. No refunds or adjustments will be made lacking engagement or changes to your personal schedule.
Agreement:
By completing your purchase, you provide the electronic equivalent of your signature, confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
