These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and participation in Aligned to Bank™ - Your Rich + Happy Spiritual Business Home (“Program”), delivered by Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following:

 

1. Program Overview

This program is a 12-month membership designed to combine high-level spiritual business strategy with energetic wealth embodiment. Your purchase includes:

  1. Monthly Live Event (The Truth Table or equivalent live masterclass) — replay access for 90 days.

  2. Monthly Rich Women’s Room Money Activation — full access for the entire membership term.

  3. Secret Telegram Group — private, broadcast-style group with daily-to-weekly voice drops.

  4. Weekly Personal Business Horoscope — delivered via email every Sunday.

  5. Surprise Drops & Upgrades — may be included but are not guaranteed.

  6. $1,111 Program Credit — valid until the final day of your membership; non-transferable. Can be applied toward The UNIQUE Program, The 2 Line Mastermind, The Rich Women’s Room, or approved 1:1 offers.

 

2. Access & Start Dates

  1. Membership is valid for 365 consecutive days from your program start date.

  2. Founding member launch begins September 1, 2025. Clients who purchase early may receive surprise early access elements at the Company’s discretion.

  3. Access to the Secret Telegram Group and Money Activations is for the full membership term.

  4. Replay access for monthly live events ends 90 days after each event. Activations remain available for the full term.

  5. If you join after the official start date, your term still runs for 365 days from your enrollment.

 

3. Weekly Personal Business Horoscope

  1. Your Weekly Personal Business Horoscope will be sent out every Sunday via email for the duration of your membership.

  2. To receive your weekly horoscope, you must upload your accurate Human Design and Astrology charts, including your exact birth date, time, and location.

  3. The Company is not responsible for incorrect readings if inaccurate information is provided.

  4. Failure to provide this information within your membership period means you forfeit this feature with no partial refund.

 

4. Payment Terms

  1. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

  2. Pricing may vary depending on promotions or launch phases; no retroactive adjustments will be provided.

 

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  1. Failure to attend live events

  2. Failure to join the Telegram group

  3. Failure to submit required horoscope information

  4. Change of personal circumstances

  5. Dissatisfaction with the content or delivery style

 

6. Client Responsibilities

  1. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Kajabi login, the Telegram group, and the email address on file.

  2. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to non-members.

  3. You may not download, reproduce, or redistribute any content from Kajabi, Telegram, or email.

 

7. Media Consent

Some live events may include optional hot seat coaching. By raising your hand and participating, you grant the Company permission to record, use, and repurpose your interaction (excluding your face or identifiable details) for educational or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, simply do not volunteer.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All Program content — including recordings, activations, horoscopes, frameworks, and language — is the intellectual property of Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or derivative use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

9. Disclaimer

This Program is for educational, spiritual, and inspirational purposes only. It does not constitute therapy, financial advice, legal counsel, or guaranteed business outcomes. Your results depend on your energy, actions, and integration.

 

10. Agreement

By purchasing Aligned to Bank™ - Your Rich + Happy Spiritual Business Home, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. This Agreement is binding without physical signature.
