These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase and participation in The Rich Woman’s Room (“Program”) delivered by Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing your purchase, you (“you” or “Client”) agree to be legally bound by the following:

1. Program Description

The Rich Woman’s Room is a 6-month premium coaching and business energetics experience designed for spiritually gifted women who are ready to build, sell, and receive $50K+ offers. Your enrollment includes:

The Power Offer Suite – 5 self-paced training modules (180-day access)
JeanineGPT – a private AI-based coaching assistant for daily support (180-day access)
The Warm-Up – weekly money activations via Telegram broadcast (180-day access)
Monthly Money Activations – live Zoom sessions + access to recordings during program term
12 Weekly Q&A Calls – 60-minute live group coaching calls during your first 90 days

Support is available only through the Q&A calls and public comments inside the Kajabi portal. No 1:1 access, email, Voxer, or chat support is included.

2. Program Access

You receive immediate access to your materials upon purchase.
Your enrollment is valid for 180 days from your purchase date.
Q&A calls are held weekly and available only during your first 90 days.
Q&A call recordings are available during that 90-day window.
After 90 days, all Q&A content — both live access and replays — will expire.
After 180 days, your access to all other materials, sessions, and tools will also expire. No extensions will be granted.

3. Payment Terms

By enrolling, you agree to one of the following payment structures:

$14,997 USD paid in full
4 monthly payments of $3,997 USD
$3,997 setup fee + 8 monthly payments of $1,500 USD

All payments are processed via Kajabi Payments. By completing your purchase, you authorize Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC to charge your selected payment method according to the plan chosen.

4. Failed Payments & Access Suspension

If a payment fails:

Your access will be immediately suspended.
There is no grace period.
You remain responsible for all unpaid amounts.
Continued non-payment may result in permanent removal from this and future programs, with no access reinstated until all balances are paid in full.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the instant access to digital content and program assets, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances — including but not limited to dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or non-participation. You understand and agree to complete all selected payments in full.

6. Ownership of Content

All training materials, frameworks, content, branding, names, and systems provided are the intellectual property of Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC.

You agree:

Not to reproduce, distribute, copy, or resell any part of the Program.
Not to share login access or content with anyone else.
That all use is for your personal business development only.

Violation of this section may result in legal action and immediate termination of access with no refund.

7. Use of Testimonials

You grant us permission to share screenshots, messages, or anonymized feedback as marketing material. We will never share your name or personal identity without your written consent.

8. Business Buyer Confirmation

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are entering into this agreement as a business buyer, not a private consumer. This Program is intended for business development and entrepreneurial use only.

9. No Guarantees or Results Promised

We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or business success from participation in the Program. Your outcomes are dependent on many individual factors including your energy, consistency, decisions, and actions.
