For The Rich Woman’s Room™ – 12-Month All-Access Pass

Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC 

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and participation in The Rich Woman’s Room™ – 12-Month All-Access Pass (“Program”), delivered by Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing your purchase, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by the following:

1. Program Description

The Rich Woman’s Room™ – 12-Month All-Access Pass is a premium business energetics and coaching membership for spiritually gifted women ready to expand into $50K+ offers and million-dollar wealth strategies.

Your enrollment includes:

• Full All-Access Pass (12 months): 

  • UNIQUE™ – chart-based business manual

  • Aligned to Bank™ – spiritual money system

  • The 50K Offer Queen™ – premium offer scaling

  • All live courses, events, or drops occurring during the 12 months (excluding private masterminds + 1:1 programs)

• Weekly Eyes on Your Business: Biweekly Q&A Coaching Calls with Jeanine (no live calls/events in January and July)

• Instant Vault Access: Past programs, bonuses, replays, and content for the full 12-month term

• Monthly Money Activations – included for 12 months

• JeanineGPT – private AI coaching tool (12 months access)

2. Program Access

• Access begins immediately upon purchase or official Program start date.

• All Program content, replays, and vault materials are accessible for the full 12-month membership term.

• Access ends automatically at the conclusion of your membership, with no extensions, pauses, or transfers.

3. Private Coaching Bonus

Clients will receive a private coaching experience via Telegram at the beginning of the Program:

• 1 month (30 days) of private coaching

• 3x per week message access with Jeanine

• Days are determined by Company and communicated in advance

  This bonus is provided only once and must be utilized as scheduled; it cannot be deferred or rescheduled.

4. Payment Terms

By enrolling, you agree to one of the following payment structures:

• Pay-in-Full: $19,997 USD

• Payment Plan: 12 monthly payments of $1,997 USD

Payments are processed via Kajabi Payments. By purchasing, you authorize Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen plan.

5. Failed Payments & Access Suspension

If a payment fails:

• Access is immediately suspended until the balance is resolved.

• No grace period applies.

• Continued non-payment may result in permanent removal from all current and future Company programs.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

(a) General Refund Policy: 

All sales are final. No refunds will be granted for dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or non-participation.

(b) Installment Plan Cancellation Exception: 

Clients who enroll via the installment plan (12x $1,997) may request cancellation only under the following conditions:

• A mandatory 1:1 call with Jeanine must be scheduled and completed.

• Client must provide a written explanation with clear reasoning for cancellation.

• A $5,000 penalty fee will be charged.

• The client will be permanently banned from all future Rich + Happy programs.

If these steps are not completed, cancellation will not be approved.

7. Ownership of Content

All training materials, vault recordings, frameworks, AI outputs from JeanineGPT, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any Program content

• Share your login access with non-members

• Use Program materials for derivative works or resale 

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and legal enforcement.

8. Use of Testimonials

By enrolling, you grant us permission to share anonymized testimonials, wins, or feedback in marketing. Your name or likeness will never be shared without your written consent.

9. Business Buyer Confirmation

By purchasing, you confirm that you are enrolling as a business buyer, not a private consumer. This Program is intended for professional and entrepreneurial use.

10. No Guarantees of Results

We make no guarantees of income, financial results, or business outcomes from participation. Testimonials illustrate what is possible, not what is guaranteed.

Your results depend on your personal energy, decisions, and implementation.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing The Rich Woman’s Room™ – 12-Month All-Access Pass, you agree to these Terms in full and acknowledge your electronic signature as binding.
