These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and participation in Jeanine’s Secret Rituals (“Program”), delivered by Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing and accessing this offering, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following:

1. Program Description

Jeanine’s Secret Rituals is a broadcast-style Telegram experience focused on money intimacy, energetic embodiment, and wealth recalibration. This is a group-based, non-interactive container.

Your purchase includes:

1. Access to a private Telegram broadcast group

2. 3–4 energetic drops per week (voice notes, messages, practices, and transmissions)

3. Any monthly energetic special that occurs during your access period

4. Full access to prior content already dropped in the group

This is a group energetic container, not a private or 1:1 coaching experience. Participation is one-directional; commenting, messaging, or interaction inside the group is disabled.

2. Access Terms

1. Upon purchase, you will receive a secure Kajabi login to your member portal, where you’ll find the private invitation link to the Telegram group

2. Access is active for 30 consecutive days from the time you join the group

3. After 30 days, you will be removed from the Telegram group and access will end

4. You are responsible for joining the group promptly and engaging within the access window

5. No replays or downloads are available once your access expires

3. Payment Terms

1. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase

2. Pricing may vary depending on special offers or bundled upsells. No price adjustments are granted retroactively

3. All payments are processed securely via Kajabi Payments or an equivalent platform

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of this digital experience and immediate access to energetic content, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances — including but not limited to:

1. Missing or forgetting to join the Telegram group

2. Failing to engage during the access window

3. Disagreement with the content or delivery style

4. Change of schedule, mindset, or personal circumstances

By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for your access and experience.

5. Intellectual Property

All energetic content shared in Jeanine’s Secret Rituals — including audio messages, written drops, frameworks, and language — is the exclusive property of Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC.

You may not:

1. Record, download, copy, or redistribute any part of the content

2. Share access with others or allow others to listen with you

3. Use the material for derivative work, coaching, or teaching

Violation of this policy may result in legal action and permanent loss of access to all future products.

6. Disclaimer

This Program is for energetic education and spiritual inspiration only. It does not constitute therapy, financial advice, business coaching, or medical counsel. Results are not guaranteed and depend on your personal integration, energy, and discernment.

7. Agreement

By purchasing Jeanine’s Secret Rituals, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in full. This Agreement is binding and enforceable without physical signature.
