This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the enrolling participant (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) who is purchasing UNIQUE – Turn Your Uniqueness Into a Million Dollar Business (“Program”). By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services

Upon enrolling in the Program, you will receive the following services:

1. Access to all course modules via Kajabi (new modules drip every 3 days at first)

2. 2 Live Q&A Calls hosted via Zoom (recordings provided)

3. Video trainings hosted inside the Kajabi portal

4. Exclusive access to JeanineGPT, a private AI coaching tool

5. Total program access duration: 180 days from the date of purchase

This is a self-study digital program. There are no required assignments, quizzes, grading, or learning assessments. There is no 1:1 support, community group, or direct communication channel (email, DM, Voxer) included.

2. Term of Access

You receive immediate access upon purchase. Access to all content, live sessions, and JeanineGPT expires exactly 180 days after your purchase date. No pauses, extensions, or transfers of access are allowed under any circumstance.

3. Payment Terms

You agree to one of the following payment structures:

1. $2,497 USD (pay-in-full), or

2. 6 monthly payments of $497 USD

All payments are processed via Kajabi Payments. By enrolling, you authorize Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method for each installment without further approval.

4. Failed or Late Payments

If a payment fails:

1. Access to the Program is immediately suspended.

2. No grace period is provided.

3. If your account remains unpaid, you may be permanently removed from all Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC programs and resources until your balance is fully settled.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, lack of participation, personal scheduling conflicts, or change of mind. Because you receive instant access to the complete program content, this policy is strictly enforced.

6. No Guarantees

This Program is designed to support you in building a business rooted in your unique gifts and experiences. While it includes high-level tools, teachings, and energetic guidance, no specific results are guaranteed.

Your success depends on your personal energy, actions, decision-making, and effort. Testimonials or case studies shared are examples only, not promises of outcome.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, tools, coaching methods, and materials provided through this Program are the sole intellectual property of Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC.

You agree not to:

1. Copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share any part of the Program

2. Give access to others who did not purchase the Program

3. Use the Program content to create your own courses, frameworks, or offers

Violation of this section will result in immediate legal action and permanent loss of access.

8. Testimonials & Publicity

You grant us permission to share anonymous testimonials, screenshots, and wins for promotional purposes. Your name, face, or identifying details will never be used publicly without your written consent.

9. Business Buyer Confirmation

By purchasing this Program, you confirm that you are doing so in your professional capacity as a business owner, coach, or entrepreneur. You agree this is not a consumer transaction and waive any protections provided under consumer law.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. This Agreement is binding and enforceable without a physical signature.
