Jeanine’s Business Tools & Resources is a curated digital library of the tools, systems, software, and resources personally used by Jeanine to build and grow a multi-7 & 8-figure brand.

This is a self-service resource portal hosted on Kajabi. No coaching, community access, or personalized support is included. Some tools may include short welcome or usage tutorial videos; however, the primary content consists of curated links and descriptions.

2. Access Terms

1. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access via your private Kajabi login.

2. Your purchase includes lifetime access, defined as access for as long as the Product is actively offered by the Company.

3. Should the Product ever be discontinued, access will end at the Company’s sole discretion, with no ongoing obligation.

4. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and securing your own access during the availability window.

3. Updates & Evolving Content

1. The Product is regularly updated, and you will receive access to any new tools or improved recommendations added to the portal at no additional cost.

2. Outdated, expired, or no-longer-recommended tools may be removed without notice.

3. Updates are included as long as the Product remains active.

4. Use & Intellectual Property

1. This Product is for personal and non-transferable use only.

2. You may not share, resell, distribute, copy, or publicly post any of the content or access links.

3. You are not permitted to use this content to create competing or derivative products.

4. All intellectual property, including descriptions, video tutorials, formats, and content, remain the exclusive property of Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

Some tools may be linked through affiliate partnerships, clearly marked with an asterisk (*). If you choose to purchase through those links, the Company may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are always disclosed in alignment with FTC guidelines.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the instant digital nature of this Product, no refunds will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or lack of use. You agree to this at the time of purchase.

7. Payment Terms

1. Payment is due in full at the time of checkout.

2. No payment plans are offered for this Product.

3. All payments are processed via Kajabi Payments or an equivalent secure provider. You authorize the Company to charge your selected method upon purchase.

9. Acceptance of Terms
