In my early years, I relied heavily on my background in investment banking to build my business foundation:

• Reading balance sheets and financial reports.
• Hiring and managing a team.

When I added mindset work, my results skyrocketed—but only because my foundation was solid. When I hit a plateau last year, I realized my exterior (the foundation) hadn’t evolved to match my next-level goals. It was time to rebuild.
