Selling is the biggest act of love—but most women get it completely wrong.

After selling the same offer for 37 days straight in my Rich By Noon challenge (with 80+ women), I discovered the ONE energetic shift that changes everything: Your clients need the sale more than you do.

For the longest time, I believed I sucked at sales. I invested in every sales training I could find, learned all the scripts, memorized the objection-handling techniques—and I felt like a complete fraud. It worked... until it didn't.

Here's what I learned: Sales scripts made me worse at selling.

 

The Script Trap: Why Sales Training Failed Me

When I started my business eight years ago, I thought the answer to my sales struggles was more training. I sat through countless programs, writing down every script, every technique, every word I was supposed to say when a client had an objection.

The problem? I'm not wired to repeat scripts word-for-word. It doesn't come naturally to me. I speak from my heart and soul when I have a message—not from a memorized playbook.

So I tried the scripts anyway. And guess what? It worked... till it didn't.

I realized I was coming from a lack place: I suck at sales. I'm not good at sales. And what did I manifest? More proof that I sucked at sales. (Manifestation input = output, always.)

 

The Energetic Shift That Changed Everything

Eventually, I got honest with myself and asked: What do I actually want from sales?

Here's what I wrote down:

  • I want instant sales when I send a newsletter
  • I want someone to buy immediately when I drop an offer
  • I want to host a masterclass or challenge and have sales on the call

Notice the pattern? I didn't need to learn how to "sell to people." I needed to learn how to create a path for instant sales.

That question changed everything. The moment I started asking very specific sales questions, the right people, the right knowledge, the right strategies came into my field.

And I discovered something profound: I'm actually amazing at sales—I just needed to be myself.

 

Selling the Same Offer for 37 Days (And What I Learned)

I ran the Rich By Noon challenge for 30 days with one goal: Sell the same offer every single day.

This was my personal challenge. I've always been great at dropping new offers over and over again, but I'd never committed to selling one offer for an extended period.

Here's what blew my mind:

  • After 15 days, my brain said, "It's halftime. Nobody's joining anymore." But we kept selling.
  • At day 25, 28, 30—we had a massive flow of people still joining (even as we increased the price).
  • After the challenge closed, I created a secret offer only accessible to challenge participants. 10 more people joined just to access the secret offer—even though they wouldn't get the challenge content anymore.

The lesson? I don't accept a no. Just because something hasn't happened in this second doesn't mean it won't happen in the next minute, the next hour, the next day.

 

Your Clients Need the Sale More Than You Do

This is the biggest energetic shift in sales:

Stop selling from "I need the money."
Start selling from "My clients need this more than I do."

When I check my bank account, I'm fine. But my clients aren't fine if they don't have the tools, the framework, the support to create sales for breakfast in their business.

That's why selling is an act of love. I've created something insane. I know it helps. And every time I show up and sell, I'm giving one more person the opportunity to transform their life.

 

How You Lead Yourself = How You Sell

Here's the truth most coaches won't tell you: Money is a medium of exchange.

You're not just exchanging your skill set. You're exchanging how you lead yourself.

If your clients saw how you showed up during the Rich By Noon challenge—would they be inspired? Or would they be turned off?

During the challenge, our group was divided:

  • One half: Insane women leading themselves, showing up every day, doing uncomfortable exercises, committed to mastery
  • Other half: "It's exhausting, it's uncomfortable, okay it is what it is" energy—no drive, no follow-through

How can you expect to receive more clients if you can't lead yourself?

It's like asking me to teach you about sales while I have no income and never sell. There's a massive mismatch.

The way you lead yourself creates the stories, the wisdom, the results you share with your community. And that draws in more people and more sales.

 

Energy Speaks Louder Than Strategy

Before you apply any sales strategy, you need to cleanse your energetic field.

If you're showing up thinking "I need the money, give me the money, people give me the money"—people feel that. It doesn't matter if you have the greatest strategy in the world. People will always feel that you just want their money.

But if you're coming from:

  • How can I serve?
  • How can I create the greatest results for my clients?
  • I know they need this more than I do

That energy speaks louder than any script.

And THEN you can layer on sales strategies. But you're always leading with energy first, with a crystal clear intention of why you're doing what you're doing.

 

Abundance and Truth Are Twins

For a very long time, I created offers because I wanted the sales, I wanted the money. And when I asked myself, "If I didn't need the money, would I still create this offer?" my honest answer was: No. I wouldn't show up.

That bloody honesty is my superpower.

Because when you're on the frequency of truth, it's a very fast frequency. And it gets rewarded with massive sales.

Truth = speed = sales.

I don't fake it. I don't give myself nice answers when I don't feel something. And that's why I transform and create sales and business growth so fast.
