Six Years Ago, I Came From Investment Banking

💸 Helping companies scale, grow, and land on the stock market
💸 Loving business
💸 Loving growth
💸 Loving creation

What I Saw Behind the Scenes

But every time we brought a company to IPO,
I saw what really happened behind the scenes:

👉 Cutting salaries
👉 Slashing costs at every corner
👉 Chasing short-term profit at the expense of the soul

And it felt wrong.

The Questions I Asked

I kept asking myself:
Why?

💞 Why does business have to look like this?
💞 Why does money have to replace meaning?

Companies weren’t serving people anymore.
They were serving shareholders.
They became slaves to quarterly earnings —
trading craftsmanship for speed,
trading quality for convenience,
trading humanity for numbers on a spreadsheet.

The human soul naturally leans toward excellence, toward beauty, toward real creation.
But none of that seemed to matter anymore.

I had to leave.
Not because I hated business —
but because I couldn’t find purpose in the system anymore.

Building Differently

When I started my own coaching business,
I was determined to build differently.

❤️ Rooted in values
❤️ Rooted in humanity
❤️ Rooted in real service

A New Illusion

But soon, I stumbled into another illusion.

The coaching industry, too, became a playground for easy money:

People flooding into the space —
without mastery,
without devotion,
without skill.

It became about:

💔 How it looked on the outside — not what it held inside
💔 How fast you could sell — not how deep you could serve

And again I found myself asking:

WTF are we even doing here?

It’s Everywhere

Now, I see it everywhere:

1️⃣ In fashion —
Artificial materials like polyester, sold as “luxury” while quietly harming our bodies and the earth

2️⃣ In brands like Birkenstock —
Where IPO “success” means soaring stock prices but behind the scenes:
higher prices,
lower quality,
lost sustainability —
all to feed shareholders’ quarterly hunger

3️⃣ In pharmaceuticals —
Where profit too often outweighs real healing

4️⃣ In the food industry —
Where lifeless, ultra-processed products are normalized,
and real nourishment becomes a luxury

More Than Business

This isn’t just about business.
It’s about humanity.

💗 We forgot we have power
💗 We forgot every purchase is a vote
💗 We forgot every decision seeds the world our children will either thrive in — or survive in

And it’s time to wake up.
