Why Forcing Consistency Is Draining Your Magic
Nov 07, 2025For years, I heard the same advice: “Post every Monday. Be consistent.” Yet that kind of schedule felt like wearing a too-tight Dior suit—it looked polished, but I couldn’t breathe.
This new era of The Rich Woman’s Podcast begins with something simple: letting my business move in my rhythm, not the algorithm.
Starting Where I Am — With What I’ve Got
Luxury isn’t in the perfect camera setup. It’s in the message that moves through me.
I recorded this episode at sunrise in Cyprus, wearing yoga clothes, using only my iPhone. The impulse came—and that was enough.
Waiting for “picture-perfect” kills the message. The moment I feel the call, I act.
I think of Michael Jackson waking his producer at 3 a.m. to record a song because when the signal comes, it’s divine timing.
I’ve learned that perfection can wait. The message cannot.
When Consistency Feels Heavy
For so long, I believed I had to post weekly, schedule content, stick to the plan.
But that rhythm isn’t made for everyone—especially not for a 2 Line in Human Design like me.
Forcing constant creation drained my spirit. It felt like carrying too many designer bags through an airport—beautiful, but exhausting.
Now, I honor my hermit cycle. I record when I have something real to say, not just to fill a schedule.
It’s not about posting every Monday anymore. It’s about matching my work to my energy.
My business feels richer when I move in my own timing, not the industry’s.
Luxury Is Listening to My Body
After a private yoga session, my teacher said something that changed everything:
“It’s more important to improve in your own body’s rhythm than to reach the final pose.”
That landed so deeply.
My birth chart shows my natural wave—the rhythm where I rise, rest, and rise again.
There are times when my feminine leads with softness and joy, and moments when my masculine drives with clarity and focus.
Both are needed. Both are divine.
Listening to my body isn’t laziness. It’s leadership.
Riding the Wave of Joy
When I created my private podcast, Offline & Sold Out, it started with one impulse.
I followed that wave and recorded sixteen episodes in pure joy.
Then I rested.
No forcing. No guilt.
That’s what it means to run a business built for my birth chart—one that thrives while I rest, one that sells out even when I’m offline.
My rhythm is my consistency.
